THE SMALL THINGS I DO

Sometimes I wonder too much about the big changes that I have asked for in my life, to the detriment of the little things I do. And of course, it is sometimes the little things we do that are very large indeed. Here are some of the “little” things I do in my daily life. I say an affirmation of protection once in the morning and once at night. I feel the loving energy pour down upon me and throughout my body.

I thank the Lord (universe, all, etc) for another day and in that he/she knows that I mean that I am grateful for the abundance I have.

I thank my spirit guides for all their love and support and they know that I mean for their patience and guidance.

The New Planet Earth – Emotional Times - Part II

We are emotional beings, growing up into planetary adulthood. The changes from child to adult are great, as we all know. Try to remember all the changes in your lives as you have grown. Do you remember all the conflict, anxiety, and emotional pain? This is the same process that is now happening on a universal scale. We are becoming the enlightened, responsible adults of this new earth. What can we do to foster the growth necessary, and yet be centered in these transitional times? Here are very practical suggestions for you to consider.

1. Relax and take a few breaths. Take a bit of the weight you feel and give it to God. Ask God to take the weight from your shoulders. This weight is mostly worry and anxiety anyway, and has no purpose in the new energy. Just relax. Let your body relax. Let your mind relax. Let it all out and give it to God. If you understand the surrender process, then LET GOD! Let God help you.

The New Planet Earth – Emotional Times - Part I

These are emotional times with many ups and downs. Many people are feeling anxious at this time in their lives and there are many valid reasons for this anxiety to be manifesting within us. All things are being called into question. We are examining “where we are in life”. We are looking at our lifestyles, and relationships. We are looking at our self worth, and our contributions to our world. We all had things we were going to do on the old earth, and then return home. However, things have changed dramatically and the experiment that was to end, continues. 

These are Transitional Times!

The past few weeks have been very emotional for me from loneliness and despair to the joys of healing and the cleansing of a house. Many of us are experiencing the new energy but the reality is that all of us are experiencing this energy. If the new energy is here then all of us are experiencing it. It cannot be denied. So what does it do? It increases our vibration rates and changes our bodies mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
 
For my self the change is focusing at a cellular level. It is a deep change. And the change is very fast, faster than I realized.

Surrender to your divine self

When we ask God: What is the best course of action to facilitate what is best for us, our planet, and its people, we must accept the answers given. If we ask for our divine presence to be manifest upon this earth, we must be prepared to give up our individual identities in this current lifetime. This will cause some concern as we are used to being “ourselves”. We have the most knowledge about this particular lifetime and are attached to it. Some of us cannot remember anything but what we are experiencing now.

Now not all of us will be asked to manifest our divine identity. Some will be asked to hold a certain vibration, sound or color, and to anchor this to Mother Earth. Some will be asked to be a source of light. Some will be receivers of light and others disseminators of light. Some are here as messengers. Others are guardians of the earth and its sacred places. Some are here to open portals to other dimensions. We are all being asked to fulfill our life’s missions, planetary and spiritual missions. In all cases, we are being asked to surrender to our Lord’s will, so that all may benefit from this precious time on earth.

For those who are ascending within the body, there are many ways in which this may be done. Some will certainly flow most smoothly into their intended divine ascension. It will be a natural process of growth for many. Some of us will be asked to let another being of light overshadow our own identity, while others will be asked to merge with their divine presence. Some will be asked to return home and let their ascended or highest self “take over” In all cases, we will be asked to surrender a part or whole of our current self, which is truly only an illusion.

In all cases, we will change and we must be prepared for change. To surrender the one, to the divine purposes of all, takes courage and it should not be asked for lightly. But if in your heart you know that we are all one, then ask.  What can I do my Lord God, to have the greatest impact of service unto our Lord and all creation?
     
Be prepared to accept whatever is asked of you. The Lord our God will not ask what cannot be accomplished. The Lord will not ask of you anything that you are not capable of. Nor should you fear what will be part of your inevitable evolutionary journey. We have a window of opportunity right now to greatly change our evolutionary process. We have a short six years to manifest a new world. The thoughts we are now giving to the universe will be part of our future. If peace and abundance for all mankind be in your heart of hearts, then shout it out loud to the universe. If you can envision a planet where our spiritual wisdom is our guiding principle, than let it be so! Now is the time to bravely ask: What more can we do my Lord? What more can we do? With our last breath shall we ask what more can we do?
     
Nor shall harm come to you in this service. The universe, the Lord our God, the angels and all beings of light will assist you. It is a glorious honor to surrender one’s heart for the greatest good of all. It is peaceful to know what is to come and that you are doing what you were meant to do. Nor shall you “die” in this service, but rather transform. You will become what you truly are. This life after all is an illusion to begin with. We have had many lives, but in this special time, we are able to detach from this lifetime’s identity before “death” and realize who we truly are. This is the amazing truth of our times. 

We are all capable of following our greatest path, and manifesting our divine presence upon this earth. Now is the time to manifest your greatest dreams, to manifest your greatest desires, and to manifest a new earth. Ask for divine guidance. Ask your angels and archangels for help. In particular, the angelic stream must be asked for interactions to occur. To manifest what is in your highest and greatest good in accordance with divine will and the free will of all, is in fact, the greatest request for all of mankind.
     
All beings of light, know that there is abundance in all your journeys. Give from the heart and know you will be supported in all ways. You shall all be known as the glorious beings that came to this place to usher in the new earth. You are the ones chosen to raise the vibration of this place. You are the forerunners of light and love. It is to you that we are indebted.

The message that follows is one of the most powerful and direct messages that I recall hearing from the group. They lay out in plain words how many of our belief systems originated and how they can now change to allow us to move to the next level. I am aware that many will not agree with what is said below as it strikes at the heart of many religions and clearly rewrites history as we have known it. Still, it clearly offers direction for changing the road of humanity ahead that will work. It can help us develop the mindset of the empowered human. It's important that we not give our power away by getting wrapped up in conspiracy or drama or who is to blame for what, but rather take solid action to change our world today.
This month the group has asked me to start using the little ‘g' when they sign off. This is really interesting to me as they never really call themselves by that name. I guess they gave up and are now going to let me call them the group as long as I now spell it with a little ‘g'.  Big Hugs

There is so much happening on this planet that we will move right into our message for today. We have very little time to put all the pieces in place to help you see the larger picture. We have spoken many times about the evolution of mankind. We are going to start at the beginning, showing you what is happening today in relationship to both who you are and to how you began.

The Search for God

Let us start by talking about what you believe to be the very beginning of your time called the Garden of Eden. Well, we must tell you that that was a contrived story and not quite exactly what you thought it was. So we are going to go back much further than the Garden of Eden when you were very simple beings. Even before the days of Atlantis, before the days of Lemuria when you began incarnating as souls on this planet, you originally began incarnating as spirits in ethereal form without the physical bodies. This was because the Earth was vibrating at such a fast rate that you were not able to inhabit the physical bodies on a hot planet. So your spirits began the Game of Free Choice on this planet long before you incarnated in physical form. Therefore, your history goes back many, many hundreds of thousands of years before the time that you believe man first incarnated on Earth. Understand that the Game of Free Choice was actually the search for god. In order to define and actualize god, it was necessary to pretend to be separate from the whole of god. With that in mind, let us tell you the story of how you evolved in relationship to what you call god.

We are going to talk about your relationship to that entity you call god and where it came from, so you can see the picture that includes the past, present and future. We tell you that you are now at a very magical point in the evolution of humankind; we have spoken of this before, for there are alternate realities that are taking place simultaneously with your own. There are magic points where one of those timelines bends slightly and crosses other ones leaving impressions that forever change the Game. You are at an amazingly immense juncture of time and space right now where you are meeting your Lemurian and Atlantean selves. But it even goes much further than that, so let us now take you back to your origins as humans so that you can more clearly understand your relationship with god. Some of the religions and indigenous beliefs say that god was always spelled with a little ‘g'. God did not have a big ‘G' for it was not a deity to be worshipped. Originally God was a form that walked along beside you to help you, as part of your day-to-day energy. You became very comfortable working with your god with a little ‘g' and that was reflected in many cultures throughout the Earth. This helper in god-like form was included in the stories that were passed down from generation to generation throughout history, such as what you know of today as Greek mythology. There each god was given a specific area of responsibility. One was the god of water, one was responsible for communication, this god was the god of fire, that one the god of love and so forth, with each one walking alongside you, helping you with little ‘g's'. It was important for them to be little ‘g's,' for the secret was that you are god and these were but reflections of your own energy.

The Captors

There came a point in your history of playing the Game of Free Choice when a group of entities, not originally of Earth, came into your game with the intention of assisting you. They believed that early humans were directionless and needed guidance, so they took a position as your teachers and superiors. This was the first time in your history that your image of god took the form of a superior being with a big ‘G'. Rules were given for you to follow and the ideas of polarity in the form of Heaven and Hell were introduced as a motivation to follow those rules. Guilt and shame began to be used for control as humans playing the game of free choice began to think of god with a big ‘G'. Essentially, the human race was taken over and controlled by a race of beings. Since planet Earth was completely a free choice planet this was easy to accomplish; in fact, that race of beings was actually one of the six parental races that was instrumental in helping you to take form in physical bodies. At first this take over it did not work well, as humans rebelled and used their power against their captors. It was at this point that human DNA was altered to reduce that rebellion. This was the point at which 10 of the original 12 strands were disconnected and destroyed. It was done in such a way that it affected all humans everywhere. The energetic imprint of those strands is within each of you and is now being reactivated. The time of the fall into darkness, as you have known it, served to thicken the veil and prevent you from remembering your heritage and your true power. You can think of it as a horrible event if you wish, but it is important to remember that it was done from the heart and with the best of intention. They were there to help you, to try and guide beings that kept bumping into one another who did not know where they were going. Eve's Pivotal Role

Even as captives with a thickened veil it was not long before you broke those bonds. The captors finally saw that you were capable of free choice and eventually left Earth all together. In fact, the story of Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden was the story of having everything provided for you as long as you followed the rules. These stories of a harsh superior being that you were taught was god with a big ‘G', were in fact stories of those who sought to help you by disconnecting your DNA. By your own definition, a god of light could never be defined as something to be feared – darkness. They gave you the concept of being in the garden where ‘God' provided everything for you as long as you did not break the rules. This gave the Game of Free Choice a new turn, as now the search for god became the search for rules. It was not long before you started breaking the rules. It was not long before you broke free of those bonds. Even in the story, it was not long before Eve was tempted with the apple and in turn tempted Adam to fall into what you labeled ‘original sin.' You humans are so imaginative! We tell you that Eve did a good job. Humans broke those bonds through exercising their own powers of creation. In this case it was in exercising your powers of creation through procreation. The story of the apple was invented much later, as the true story of the beauty of procreation was too shameful in the eyes of those who still chose to promote rules. Even though daily life was more difficult outside of the Garden of Eden, you then began life as creators. You have since carried the concept of god with a big ‘G' throughout eons of time as a result of these experiences. There were several indigenous cultures that were unaffected by these events and those are the ones that carried forward the concepts of living in unison with god with a little ‘g'. The culture that later evolved into the Lemurian race came from such a line. We tell you that from the juncture of time and space where humanity is right now, it may be very empowering to return to the view of god with a little ‘g'. You are here to work with your magnificence and not to deify people or things outside of yourselves. It is very difficult for you to see god, for being a spirit pretending to be human is not an easy task. Then again, if it were easy everyone would want to be a human.
Empowerment is Key

The search to define god is what you came in to do and it is difficult to do with an extra thick veil. Much like we have told you about Christopher and the Box of Truth, even if you manage to open that box of truth, you still cannot see inside it. You must reflect it through the eyes of other spirits on Earth. The same is true with the divinity within you. It must be reflected through others. There are two things that we help you to understand.

Number one: That you are god and you have a responsibility to use your powers of creation.

Number two: You are not the only god.

Keep in mind that you are a god with a little ‘g' and there are a whole bunch of you walking around, bumping into each other trying to find what god really looks like and trying to find a definition of the meaning of life, yet all the while the joke is on you. All the answers have been held within your heart all the time. That is who you are. That is the divinity that you see within others. You clearly see it within them rather than seeing your own divinity because of the veil. We tell you that now more than ever before that veil is thinning and soon you will understand the true meaning of empowerment. This is the Age of Empowerment. The easiest way to find your own empowerment is by helping to empower the people around you. That is what will bring god to life. That is what helps you to shine your greatest light, to empower the people around you in any way you can. It has not been popular on Earth before, for you have always believed that one vibration is somehow better than another vibration which set about a whole belief in spiritual competition. That is not true. That is simply an illusion of the Game Board. You can all be magnificent. When you help one to step into their empowerment and into their divinity, your own empowerment and divinity emerge. You can all walk in your power every day and that is what we are here to show you, to help you to re-member who you really are. We are here to hold the veil aside for just a moment so that something resonates within your heart that you already knew, so that you re-member. Then we ask you to find your flavor of that same truth and in turn to pass it on and find a way to use it in other areas of your life. That is where the magic is.

The Big G of Governments

Now let us take it a step further, for your whole belief in this big ‘G' has caused a ripple throughout the Game of Free Choice that can now be addressed. One of the big ‘G's that you have created is the big ‘G' of Government. Yes, it will be changing but not in the way that most of you think. Many people believe that there will be a new wave of energy coming in that will distribute the wealth equally. We tell you that it would never work, for being poor is not a lack of money. Being poor is a state of mind. Being poor is an energy where you believe in your own lack of creation and your own unfamiliarity with creation. Therefore, an equal distribution of wealth will never work on your planet. Otherwise, there would be no free choice, would there? You would violate the prime directive even though it would be another heartfelt attempt to help. Instead, what has happened is that you have created all these beautiful governments which you have given a big ‘G' to so you could deify them. You could ask them to create for you. You could then hold them responsible for your creations and give your power to them. You call them Government, emphasized with a big ‘G'. Dear ones, you have created them in every region of the world. There are some big ones and there are some little ones. It makes no difference really, for they are all basically the same. We are not telling you that this is right or wrong, but only what has taken place. It is human nature to want to make life easier and have many of life's necessities provided for you by an organization. The challenge came when you began to ask them to lead you and create for you. What would it be like for you to re-turn to the same energy you had in the days of Lemuria where you worked with a little ‘g' in government? Government returned to being the servant of the people rather than a servant of itself. It is no secret to you that the rise and fall of Rome is repeating itself. As humans take more and more of their own empowerment, the role of Government will have to change. We hope you learn from history and change the outcome. Those of you sitting in this room, those of you watching this broadcast or reading these words are the ones who can change it. But first you say, “What about me? How does that affect me? What can I do?” Hold it in your heart first, for you have power unequalled throughout the universe. Each and every one of you choose the reality in which you live, so you may choose a reality where government has everything to say about you and you are controlled. Or you may choose a reality where you are your own person and you let government adapt to you. Do you really want to walk back into the Garden of Eden? We ask you to begin thinking about that now because much like shaking the carpet and creating a big ripple, when someone pulls the carpet, that ripple goes through the entire carpet and shakes everything up. We tell you that ripple does not need to happen in a destructive manner. It can be a gentle change. The world does not need to go through another global depression in order for you to change this system. It can happen one heart at a time. One of the biggest challenges is that very few of the Governments of Earth are actually directed only by the people they govern, even though that was their original intent. 

Big C Corporations

People have formed other organizations that they gave the power of the big ‘G' as well, but it is not actually a big ‘g' because it is in hiding. It is a big ‘C' and it is the world corporations that have been deified by the governments, and in many cases are directly influenced and work together with governments more than individuals. We tell you that corporations are actually controlling the majority of the actions and decisions made by many world leaders. On the other hand, there are also conspiracy theories that a wealthy elite on Mars are actually controlling your Earth. There are conspiracy theories about the governments of your world in hiding who are quietly manipulating everything. Are they true? Does it make any difference? No. Not if you do not choose that reality. What does make a difference is your own creation—the reality you create. You have created entities called corporations which are quietly running your world by your own design. It is not a conspiracy, but rather right out in the open for all to see. Yet most choose not to see it. In many countries corporations are required by law to place profit before the public interest. That is very sad, for you have deified your corporations into a big ‘C' and it has been done with a lot of help from the Government with a big ‘G'.  Currently, it is law in the United States and other countries that a corporation must put profit before all other things including the public good. That must change for you to break the bonds of the Garden of Eden you now find yourselves in. Are you aware that on your planet today, corporations can actually own worldwide patents on life forms such as plants, biological forms and organs? These court rulings should be reviewed with a critical eye and made public for all to know. Imagine that a corporation holds a patent for a life saving plant, but it is required by law to withhold it from the public as it would decrease the profits from their existing product line. We are sad to say that this happens every day on Earth right now. We must also mention here that it is the corporate war machines that drive governments. Have you ever wondered why you still have a war at least every 20 years?

New Energy Corporations

What will you see on the New Planet Earth? Will you not have corporations? Will you not have businesses? Yes, although you may call them by a new name, they will still be a part of your game. What will the new energy corporations look like? Can you imagine a charter that required profit making corporations to put people and the public interest first?
Let us offer you a suggestion of what this used to look like in the days of Lemuria.. Government was actually a lack of laws and rules, but was rich in customs. It was a beautiful, empowering time for you had businesses at those times, too, and you had government-chartered businesses much like the corporations of today. The government of Lemuria gave businesses the right to operate in the public interest. The businesses in those days were required to show heart and place the public interest foremost in order to maintain their charter. In Lemuria government chartered businesses were the servants of the people and offered them special rights. They offered them the opportunity to be an entity of their own with the intent of placing public interest and human empowerment foremost.

Please do not go into fear here, for there is much discrepancy about corporations being all for profit. If you believe that all profit is bad, you will put yourself into a belief system of lack, which can cause you abundance challenges for the rest of your life. When a corporation puts the heart energy of the people first, they will actually make more money. Their bottom line will actually improve but very few have proved that out yet.

Many corporations even this day are already beginning to shift that vision. They are already beginning to change and we ask you to align yourself with those people and organizations. You have a choice as to where you spend your money and how you form your own corporations. Many of you receiving this message today are leaders of global corporations and governments. We ask you to become part of the solution instead part of the problem. The shift ahead does not need to be difficult. It does not need to be destructive. It can be from the heart and reflect an empowered mentality of the New Earth. Even as you form your own small businesses, put that energy into your business plan. “How can I be of service?” Support the corporations that put that into their business plan. Demand that governments be transparent and begin to be of service to the public good, and recognize that all governments serve citizens of the Earth. Elect the people that will change the legislature to allow the corporations to use the heart energy. If a corporation is to be deemed a legal entity then make it law that it must illustrate that it has a heart and uses it. This is about using practical magic on planet Earth. This is about learning to honor the god within each one of you and becoming comfortable with god walking side-by-side with you. When you hold hands on this planet, you will change the face of humanity. You are at an evolutionary cycle never before seen. You are at an evolutionary point of history that nobody ever anticipated when you began this Game. You have chosen well. You are about to make new choices and we ask you not to keep them all in the metaphysical realm, but take them into your daily lives. Learn how to apply them in your kitchens, in your grocery stores, in your workplace, in your corporations, in your governments and everywhere you go. That is the magic you hold. With all the might in heaven, we cannot come down and change your life. We cannot come down and change your world. All we can help you to do is to re-member who you are. It is with the greatest of honor that we ask you to treat each other with respect. Nurture one another at every opportunity and play well together.

Final note from Steve: 

When we formed the Lightworker corporation, we did so as a spiritual non profit corporation. Our very wise Lightworker attorney, David Solinger, steered us in that direction from the beginning. But since the majority of funding that pays for our programs comes from seminars, private sessions and book sales rather than donations, I have always wondered if that was the best corporate form for us. Now that this message has been presented I can see that the group was probably on David's shoulder from the beginning.
It's not that we can't make a profit. Like most businesses we must make a profit or we will be out of business. What this has done for us is to clearly state that our first responsibility is to our stated purpose of the betterment of humanity. The group says there will come a day when all corporations are required to put the public interest before the profit. Then, corporations and governments will return to be the public servants of the New Earth, rather than the destructive, out of control entities that many have become.
In the months ahead we will make a space in the VirtualLight project to highlight the new energy corporations that are already heading in that direction. They are out there already and it will be helpful for all of us to know what the new role models in the business world look like. We will also invite business leaders with this vision to be interviewed on the VirtualLight TV broadcast.
The group has always said that when we hold hands together, we create miracles. Let us create one now.

Meditate - A little goes a long way

I know everyone says meditate everyday but that is not always possible or let us say possibly, that we choose not to do it every day. Gladly there is neither time nor judgment in spirit and so we progress regardless. So don’t feel bad, or guilty. In fact, don’t feel bad at all. Just do what you can, ask for help from the divine, pray, use affirmations, rituals, etc. I find sometimes when I feel like laying back in the old lazyboy chair for a nap, there is that instant where I think maybe I should sit up, put on some nice music, put a few crystals in my hands, and do some meditation, and yes I am pleased when this occurs.  Even in my wonderfully prone position,

I do practise moving colours and vibrations of love through my body and know that every effort is progress and much appreciated by spirit. The basic benefits of meditation are listed on the website, and many other sources.
     
Don’t get discouraged if you fall asleep. Spirit works on all levels of existence and dreams are no exception. You may ask for answers, insights, to see what is necessary to progress, to meet your guides and angels, and more. You may certainly ask for connection to spirit through your dreams. Don’t hesitate to do so!
   
In the new energy it does not take much to develop a connection to the world of spirit. Take a courageous step and spirit will take a thousand for you. Two to four weeks once a day and you will be well on your way. You may need help initially from another lightworker to give you a “kickstart”. You may ask for this as well. I was fortunate enough to meet a wonderful Native American woman who while giving me a reading, gave me a strong dose of universal love. We are all here to help each other and I am so very grateful. Ask for help and it will come. Ask for the most appropriate person to enter your life, the one who will be in your highest and greatest good, and let them come safely and lovingly. Watch with amazement when you ask spirit to help you, for it shall surely be.

THERE IS HOPE AND REWARDS FOR ALL (To those who are having trouble with their development, ask for help from the divine/spirit/God/universe, etc.) Ask for intervention into your life and it shall be done.

You will develop to the point where you will be able to be in a meditative state within seconds, and at will. You will be able to call upon the universal power of love at will. You will be able to transfer this loving energy to others, to heal, to see clairvoyantly if you desire this, to feel the different frequencies of loving vibrations in flowers and feel the wisdom of every tree, and most importantly to know that you are spirit. You will naturally spread the love you have in many different and wonderful ways.

Healers you are! Facilitators you are! Teachers you are! Lightworkers you are!
 
You will vibrate at a higher level and eventually ascend to be a master while in body and be connected at all times. This is very possible and more likely probable at this time, more so than any other time in earth’s experience. The rewards of helping others, knowing why you are here, feeling totally connected to all things, at peace knowing all is taken care of, taking control of your life and manifesting what you know to be good and true for you and for all others, releasing fear and worry, healing old wounds, knowing past lives, and knowing that the effort you make spreading love and light has universal consequences beyond our wildest imaginations. IT IS SO. Not just to intellectualize this but to feel and know and experience the universal connection!

These are some of the rewards, a very small list indeed, as the rewards are infinite. For me the connection is so powerful and loving. The vibration, tingling, and waves of energy, all felt physically! The peace I feel of just being connected. No worries, no fears, just being embraced from home, so sweet, to know what home is like, to know I am loved, to know I am love.

ON BECOMING AN ANGEL

I am sharing this with you so that you will know that anything is possible, and that there are no limitations. There is only growth and change. I share this so you will know that we are all capable of spiritual evolution, nor does it matter what you think of yourself, how low or depressed you feel, or how many mistakes you have made. There is only one measure of a man/woman, and that is the love that he/she has in their hearts. Spirit doesn’t measure things the way we do. Spirit is merciful and compassionate and will help us with every loving step we take to be better human beings. Just ask to be a better human being and it will be. Just ask to see God/Goddess and you will. Ask for angelic help and it will be received.
There is hope in this world and much light and love and I am proof of this. I am not perfect, far from it. I have made terrible mistakes in my life, done shameful things, and yet God’s love comes to me and I ask: Why me? And in an undeniable voice it is said loud and clear, “It is your heart.” And as we all have hearts and a divine light within us, I can only want the joy that I feel for others. To feel the joy of our Lord and the angels, to feel the loving vibrations sent from the universe, to not feel alone, to be one with the universe and to know peace and security which never ends…I experience these things in the physical world and want to share this so much with others. I love all of you so very much in my heart and I believe in you!

That is why I am sharing this with all of you with heart open. Never in my wildest dreams growing up, did I think I would be clairvoyant and that I would have guides to teach me. I did not know I would be able to see the past, present and future lives of others and myself, and yet I can. I did not know that I would be able to scan someone for health issues and send healing light into these areas. Nor did I expect the joy of helping people with closure by communicating with their deceased loved ones.  I was amazed at the ability to feel a stone and know the events surrounding its existence. There is so much more that has happened to me since then, and spirit and love is the center of my life now. But more was to come into my life. I was always asked if I wanted to continue, and with courage and determination I always said yes.

I began to feel the vibrations of trees and flowers and it is so exquisite. I began to speak to mother earth. I began to see rays of light that Lord Archangel Michael speaks of, and feel vibrations of love pour down upon me from our Lord, and yes my Lord, the Lord of all, the source of all, has spoken to me. I have learnt various healing modalities, and have cleared many issues and blockages within myself so that more light would enter me. I was taught the power of thought, affirmations, co-creation, and the power of love. I was taught to project light and love to others. So much has happened.
 
Let me digress for one moment to clarify the speed at which change is occurring in my life. I thought this would be enough knowledge, and that I would help people as best I could with readings, healings and divine guidance. But I realized there was more, and I want to do the best job I can while I am here. It has not been easy, but that does not mean it will not be easy for you. I have come here to learn many lessons in one lifetime that would “normally” take up to 12 lifetimes. This is happening to many who are here. What one soul would learn on earth at this time, is equivalent to many lifetimes that have occurred in the past thousand years. Time has accelerated and we are supposed to learn more now as we come to this crucial time in our evolution. That is why so many are having difficult lives. There is so much to learn, and much to clear and heal so that we will be ready for the New Age. It is no wonder that there are difficulties and challenges for all of us. 
     
NEVER EVER DID I THINK OF WHAT WAS TO COME, NOT IN MY WILDEST IMAGINATION!
 
In 2004, an angel came to me. He looked very much like Lord Archangel Michael. He was slim, with blonde hair and wings of course. I could see him very clearly in my mind’s eye. He stood proud and tall, confident and loving, knowing, and with the loving vibration of our Lord. I had seen angels in my readings and healings, but this was more in the physical world. I thought what is an angel doing here? Then I quickly remembered one special meditation where my guides took me to the place of angels. I remembered this and proceeded. The angel was so close to me, the loving vibration sweet yet intense. He did not say anything and I was told to get to know him. For a few days I just would be with this beautiful angel. One day I was asked if the angel could merge with me. I was frightened at first. I don’t like things entering my body I thought. But then I thought, why not!
       
The angel approached me from the back and merged with me. The love and peace felt was familiar to that of our Lord’s vibration, but different in that for a time I was feeling just like an angel would feel. There really was no thought involved, just a state of being, without fear and worry. What a wonderful relief. I had told a few friends about the merging with an angel and that I had an angel around me for several weeks. On one particular night, a spiritual friend was over and I asked her if she could see the angel. I thought if I let the angel merge with me she would be able to see her better. I merged with the angel and asked my friend if she could see the angel. I was glowing so strongly with angelic love at the time. She said she could indeed see the angel. I asked her what he looked like? She said the angel looked like me. I was puzzled but nonetheless felt confirmation of some kind. The angel soon left after a period of several weeks. 
    
Not until several months ago March 2005 did I know angels would be back in my life. For some odd reason, I received an angel as a gift. I started to pick up the odd book on Angels by Doreen Virtue. My thoughts were returning to angels for some reason. I understood the synchronicity of the events and thought I had to learn more about angels. I used an invocation to help remove past life karma and other blockages from my life that I found in a book “Earth Angels” by Doreen Virtue. I did not see direct results immediately, but knew it would work. Knowing that spirit moves with purpose and when one is ready, I continued my investigations. I was down in Los Angeles, the city of angels a few weeks ago, when it happened.    
    
I was walking down the street and I felt two beings carrying what looked like angel wings. In between the wings was a “try on” type of harness to see how the wings would fit. I laughed and felt this was odd, and of course that they had the wrong person. The bearers of the wings said to try them on, just give them a try. I agreed as usual and still was chuckling about the error. On went the wings and I could feel them on my back and shoulders and I could feel their weight and vibration and love. This was getting very interesting. I started to play with the wings, like trying them on for the first time. I was getting more amazed than amused now that I had angel wings on me. I began to raise them and they glowed with light and an immense glowing vibration of love. I began to raise both hands as an angel would and the wings followed my gestures. The power of this movement towards the heavens only increased the vibration. Let me say that it is truly awesome to have angel wings and you do feel like an angel, just like the one I had merged with. There is a lack of fear, a confidence that all is well, a feeling of not being alone, and a state of being for which I am so truly grateful. 

In the back of my head I am asking why do I have angel wings? Why do I have angel wings? I knew this was a great honor and have since learnt that they have been gifted to me. The two angels asked me to keep them for a while and I said ok. It was beginning to dawn on me that I had been given angel wings. I felt so honored and amazed and humble and wonderful all at the same time. (It takes some of us longer than others!) I kicked up my feet and felt amazingly well and so excited. Much doesn’t excite me, but this was exciting. Fortunately, I had a spiritual friend staying in the same hotel and I rushed back to tell her all about this. After relating my story, I concentrated on my wings and raised my hands slowly from my side toward the universe while raising my wings at the same time. I felt like an angel. I asked my friend to feel the wings. She could indeed feel them. Her hands started vibrating and did not stop all day long. She could feel the vibrations of my wings in the physical.They were REAL. Well, what do I do now? I have angel wings. What does this mean?
 
The obvious answers would be that once I was an angel and I was turning back into one. Another answer would be that I am leaving this earth shortly. I could be an angel in training. Perhaps the wings are a gift and to be used to help heal people and project more loving vibrations. All of this could be true. I believe as far as I can tell, that I am evolving into an angel. Be that angel my guides keep telling me. Believe and it will be, the angels keep telling me. This I believe. I am not perfect but there is a perfect soul within me, and it is developing in the form of an angel. I am so very blessed by this development, and so grateful. I do not fully understand all that has happened but I will be an angel in my healings and give angel love to all who come to me. I will give angel love wherever I am, and will do my best for all of us.

Greetings, dear ones. I am Kryon of magnetic service. For many years we have been coming to you. From the beginning of the new energy on the planet, to what you have called the 11:11 energy, we have been coming to give you messages. These are messages that you have heard before on the planet. They are about joy and self-empowerment. For some of you, this energy is not new at all. It's what some of you have expected since you were born!

I sit before a collection of Human Beings whose names I know. The names I see are in light in the akashic records-beautiful, interdimensional names that we sing in light when we see you. How many of you really can believe that? Each one of you, no matter what you came for, let me ask you: Can you look inside for a moment? Could it be true that when your death is at hand, it's all over? Do you honestly believe that that's all there is? Do you not have the small spark of intuition that says, "No, it's not over at all"? Well, the veil is thick and the duality plays its part, so you are not certain, are you? But can you feel it? Is there something more? That's called the veil.

It keeps you from believing the rest of the story. But you all know truth at a very intuitive level. Most of the people on Earth profess some kind of religion that believes in the afterlife. Almost every religion on the planet, even mythology, claims that you go somewhere after you die. You see, it's
intuitive, is it not? What you call Human life is not what you think it is. And if you would agree with that, then you must ask, "Well, where am I going?" How about home? This Earth is not where you actually belong. I'm Kryon. I sit in the seat that sees you. I'm giving my partner pictures that he has never seen before. I sit in a seat where I can see your magnificence and your grandness. You are not home right now; you are here on Earth. But you always come back, you know? If I could sing your name right now, the cells in your body would vibrate with remembrance. But the veil is thick.

EACH HUMAN IS DIVINE

We have taught all these years a premise that each Human is divine, that inside you is a system of divinity. Contrary to what most of you feel, you are, indeed, divine. This is not intuitive to begin with. In other words, it's difficult to believe, and that is the subject of this message. What will you do to believe this?

The premise continues and tells you that you have control over your actual cellular structure. Healing, fear, worry and frustration can be controlled-total control. But that's not intuitive, is it? It's not believable, is it? Many of you here feel that you are pushed around by these very energies that I just mentioned. I know who is here! I know what you are going through. In a group this size, there is so much! Some of you are actually in sorrow as you sit there in your seats. 

Oh, this is a beautiful time. You say, "I have come for a vacation of my life. I can sit here and I can relax for a little while. I can get my feet washed by Spirit and I can feel the energy and relax for a little while. But then when it's over, I have to walk out the door and the heaviness will return. I have to go back to the same situation that I fight every day." I'll tell you, dear ones, this meeting should not be the escape. This meeting should be the solution. You should be here to celebrate! Celebrate your divinity and celebrate that you have power over the very things that you think are imprisoning you right now.

Some of you are going to leave differently than you came; I know this. But it's a tough premise to teach. You look in the mirror and you just see a Human Being, don't you? It seems insulting that every time you look in the mirror, your face has gotten just a little older. That is the way of it, you think. How would you like to change that? What about a system where you look in the mirror and say, "Well, you know, it doesn't seem like I have gotten older." What about that? "Kryon, can we do that?" Yes, you have always had the power to do that. The yogis of old showed you how it was done. What did you think, that they were from another planet? Or were they just too special for you to think that you might be able to do it? Were they so far removed from who you are that you think it's not for you to do?

What is it that keeps you from understanding that it's possible? I will tell you:
Because it isn't intuitive and your assumed reality has taught you that you cannot.

INCREASING YOUR LEVEL OF BELIEF

The duality lays upon you in such a way that you are going to have to try to remove that false truth cover in order to find what is truly there. That is the premise. It's hard to believe, isn't it? "Kryon, what can I do," you might ask, "to increase my belief? Show me how I can grab onto this. I'm having trouble actually believing. It sounds so good; I want it! I cannot believe it." So for those saying that, I give you the answer in this hour. The first part of this answer is that you must get out of the box that wants to compartmentalize God. You don't even know that you are doing it, but the box you are in is limited, as my partner said, to four dimensions. Most of you even think it's three dimensions! And although you don't see it in a limiting way, there is a box you are in that is, indeed, limiting. Oh, the intellectuals among you don't agree with this; they don't agree with Kryon. They say, "We are an intelligent race. We Human Beings on the planet are the only ones who can contemplate our own existence. We can control our procreation. We can ponder our reality." It's true that you can do all those things, but only within the 3D box you have placed yourself into. You only ponder the box. You cannot get past the ceiling, can you? You think the box is wide open and you are free to think anything-but not really. When pondering, you hit a reality ceiling that you don't even recognize. It keeps you from seeing who you are and asking the questions you should ask. It keeps you from belief and it's appropriate.

It's called duality.

SOME ARE JUST HAPPY TO BE HERE

Now, I'm going to give you some examples that might be humorous to you. For some it might be insulting, especially those intellectuals who will doubt what I'm saying-but I would like to talk about your dog. Not all of you have a dog, but you can pretend. If you have one, you truly own the dog. You are the master of him. To the dog, you are really God, aren't you? Did you ever think about this? How does the dog imagine you? When you have a winter and the dog knows it's cold outside, and you bring him inside and it's nice and warm, what do you suppose the dog thinks of that? The dog knows it's really cold outside, and somehow you have made it warm. Is the dog curious about that? Does his brain say, "Well, how did my master do that? It's really uncomfortable outside yet it's really cozy in here. How did he do that?" The dog does not think about that, does he? You see, the dog is just happy to be here.

Whatever you do, the dog is just happy to be here. You could put the dog into your auto and drive many kilometers. The dog will get out in a whole other place than it got in. And you would think that it might wonder, "How did they do that? How can I get in this thing that moves, and then get out and I'm so far away from where I got in?" The dog never does that. The dog is just happy to be here. Every day you bring food from a mysterious place in the house and you put it in front of the dog. A constant abundance of wonderful food is always available. Sometimes he gets treats and desserts-all his life, forever! Wouldn't you expect that the animal might some day look up at you and ask with its eyes, "How did you do that?" But he never does. You see, it's out of his capacity. He's just happy to be here.

Now, you are going to say, "Well, Kryon, that is a dog, that is not a Human Being. Don't you dare compare the two." Sorry! I would like to tell you something. You are just like the dog! So many of you are just happy to be here! Amazing things are in front of you and you never even question them. God is at work in profound ways and you never even question it. There is an actual lid on your perception of all things, but you don't even think there is.

THE HUMAN REACTION TO A MIRACLE IS FEAR 

You know, there are angels-real angels. You have read about them in scripture. They are spoken about many times. Think for a moment. An angel will sometimes appear in front of a Human Being or a group of Human Beings. It is an interdimensional energy, and so it often will come through a wall or floor-a huge iridescent interdimensional ball that is eight meters wide-exactly eight meters. It will seem to float, since gravity is 3D. Yet this experience is so powerful that whoever is in the room who is a Human Being has trouble breathing. It lays Human Beings on their knees and on their noses. It's a piece of God that comes into the room as an angel. When it happens, Humans cry out in fear! It's totally and completely out of the purview of normal reality, and so Humans immediately fear it. And, according to scripture, the angels always give the message, "Fear not. Fear not."

Then the angel delivers a message and goes away. Then what do the Humans do? Do they get up off the ground, scratch their heads, and say, "How did he do that?" No, and I'll tell you why: Because you see God as another kind of entity-untouchable, able to do anything. Your mythology teaches you all about God, doesn't it? It's very separate from you-something to be worshipped. In some parts of the Earth, it's a controlling God, one who will punish you if you are not good. That is the mythology that Humankind has accepted.

Kryon is an angel. My energy appears through many Human Beings, but not in the way I just spoke. Instead, it's with a message directly for you in these new times. You can tell if it's really me, since the messages will have the same core of love. This new energy on Earth almost demands that you start asking the question, "How did they do that?" And Kryon is here to help answer. The biggest answer is that you have a built-in DNA helper, if you choose to activate it. I will tell you something that is interesting. Has anyone noticed that the universe has a system of creation about it? Scientists are even calling it "intelligent design." Scientists-not spiritualists- are saying these words: "Creation, as we see it, could not happen by accident. Everywhere we look in space, there is an intelligent plan. It flies in the face of being an accident." Then you simply go about your lives as if nothing happened. Did you hear them? Why is there no uprising that looks to the skies and demands of all, "Oh, how did they do that?" No, you are just happy to be here. [Kryon smiles.]

INTELLIGENT DESIGN: ONE KIND OF HUMAN

You say it has nothing to do with you? It has everything to do with you! Look at the stars tonight when you go outside and watch them wink at you. They all know who you are. The system is for you. The system is you. Here we have such a profound, reliably observable aspect of how the universe was created and even your scientists are looking at it and proclaiming "intelligent design." You don't claim any part of it, do you? It must be God, you say . . . must be God.

I will give you another one that's right in front of you. We have told you this before, but it's worth another look: You look around the Earth and you see all the marvelous animals. You see the mammals who are much like you and you observe the results of their development over the years. Did you ever notice the variety, even in the ones that seem humanoid, like the apes and the monkeys? Did you ever go to the zoo and see how many monkeys there are? Did you ever see the natural selection of the planet and how it works? There are dozens and dozens of kinds of monkeys-the ones with tails and without tails, the ones with different kinds and colors of hair, the sizes.

They are classified as to new and old world, and from different places on Earth. That is the way nature works. It creates dozens of varieties. Now look at Humanity. There's only one kind! Now, how many of you got together in a huge group and demanded of science to tell you what's going on? "That's not right! Against all odds there is only one kind of Human." Maybe this is a sign of something greater for you to look at. What does it mean? But no, there is no inquiry, is there? Instead, you are just happy to be here.

One kind of Human. Did you ever think of this? Oh, there are different colors. But there is only one kind of Human. The facts are counterintuitive to everything else you see around you. Almost seven billion strong, at the top of the evolutionary ladder, most progressive, able to contemplate your own existence, yet unable to see yourselves as unique and part of God. Yes, dear ones, there is a ceiling on your thought processes called "the veil."

The veil lies heavily upon all of you. And you don't ever ask the questions you should ask. Mr. Intellectual, you think you have an expanded consciousness, do you? Did you ever think about those things? What about the others around you? It's not intuitive, you know? See, there is also a known spiritual system keeping you in this box. And that, dear Human Beings, is what is changing in this energy. You are very resistant to change, you know? You are even resistant to scientific change with proof! You are often just happy to let it alone.

REFUSAL OF THE UNKNOWN

Let me give you a parable to show you just how resistant the Human Being can be to things different, scary and fearful. Let me take you back to the Aegean Sea. A sailor named Wo is there. Now Wo is the Kryon parable example-a Wo-man, not a man or a woman. We always use him/her for the example. This time Wo is a sailor, and he has been a sailor all his life. He is very familiar with the ocean, but now up comes an ocean storm, a squall. The fog closes in and Wo does not know where he is. It's a night when he cannot navigate since the stars are out of sight. Wo worries for his life, but he has done this many times. This happens in the sixteenth century and there are no modern inventions-just courage.

Suddenly, a figure appears on his ship and speaks. "Wo, we are here to help." Wo doesn't understand. Who could this be? It was someone who was not there a moment ago, so it had to be nonhuman. Immediately, Wo has to weigh whether this is a good thing or a bad thing. Did you know you do that, too? In this year, 2006, if an apparition were to come into this room right now, just like the days of old, you would fear it first and wonder about it second. Did you know that? If a piece of God in all its glory would come in here, the first thing you would do is fear it. That is not even fair, you might say, but that's what duality does to you. So in all appropriate duality, Wo decides this must not be a good thing. It could be the devil, you know?

"Don't come any closer. What do you want?" Wo says. "Wo, we have seen you here and you are in trouble, we have some gifts for you. Here is a device from the future, it's called radar. You can use it. Here, look at this screen and see where the land is. You can steer in that direction," the apparition replies. Wo takes a look at it and says, "This is a tool of the devil. Nothing like this can exist. It will never exist and this is only your evil magic. What do you really want?"

And the apparition says, "I'm here to help you, Wo! Here is something else. It's called GPS. You will know exactly where you are in the ocean, right now. Look at this screen. It provides information that will guide you to safety." Wo is afraid and orders the apparition off his ship. He decides to go
it alone. "I'll take my chances with what I know and what I'm used to," Wo says. And he does.

I have just given you a snapshot of who you are, modern Human. It's also an example of duality at its most efficient level. Those things offered to Wo were not even gifts from God. They were just the common technology of your age, yet Wo was frightened of them. How many times have you walked the path and cried out to God that you need help? Then when answers come in odd packages, you fear them first. You say, "No, I cannot do that. I'm afraid of that." You all do it. My partner has done it within the last two days, and he's the channel! The Human's first reaction is fear. You cannot see the gifts if you don't feel that you can "figure it out" in 3D. And you don't recognize the divinity at all.

It's time for you to understand that you are partnering with God. I have some good news and I will give it to you in a moment. Many say, "Kryon, how can I believe? How can I have a better belief of these things? You say the duality is built into me to keep me from believing , so how do I get beyond that?" Humans want to figure it out before they believe in it. That is what your churches are for-a 3D bridge of belief. They write all the rules for you so you understand it and feel good about it. They serve their purpose, but it only opens the door for you to feel comfortable about it all.

I want to ask you a question. When you leave the room, many of you are going to get into an automobile and drive somewhere. How many of you will get out the manual for the transmission and read it fully before you get into the car? What about that complex engine? You are not going to get in that thing without understanding how it works, are you? And the answer is yes, you are! You do it all the time. You see, it is because it is common, and you trust it. You want to believe? It's time that you trust something we are going to identify for you called "cosmic intelligence. " That is the manual for your belief. Do you want this, dear one? It's cosmic intelligence.

OPENING DOORS WITH PURE INTENT

I'm going to give it to you in a very basic way. Do you want to know more about yourself? Do you want to believe? All you have to do is-with pure intent-push on that door-the big issue door. Verbalize: "Dear God, is it possible that there are things that are bigger than I am that I should know? Dear God, I don't want to figure it out; I just want to know if it's possible. I wish to open this door of belief." Here is the promise today: Any of you with pure intent may begin to open that door; and when you do, you activate something divine withinyourself. This is the button that gets pushed that allows you to go beyond the veil. With pure intent you begin by asking the question, and then everything begins to shift. Do not ask a half-hearted question. It has to be a passionate question from the heart:

"Dear God, show me what it is that I need to know to go beyond myself and my nonbelief." And then the light goes on, dear one. I will tell you what happens: Your DNA starts to change! This is not a fairy tale. This is not fiction. This is the system that counteracts duality, but it is one that is activated with free choice and pure intent by each Human one at a time. The good news? We have described it before. Layer ten of your DNA is responsible for helping you to believe. Think of it-an entire portion of your own body is asleep all your life, but ready for you to do something. It is hooked to the divine, and when you start to push on the door with the passion of God, the body begins to react. Things start happening around you, and the belief is starting to be centered and activated. Slowly, you start to understand about cosmic intelligence. It's like you plugged into the partnership computer with God. You don't have to do anything to earn this! You don't have to do anything but ask, and then the energy begins to flow in both ways, slowly. You start to send light to the Earth. You don't have to know where it's going, how it goes there, or even who receives it. You open the door to cosmic intelligence, and let it go!

Some of you have said, "Well, how do we pray? We have to have a list. We have to know the names. What is the process of prayer, Kryon? And when we pray, should we have the lights on or off? What kind of music? Day or night? Candles or crystals?" I will give you a way that will shock you: How about you get in the closet, turn off the lights and pray? No candles, no music, no crystals. There is an angel in that closet who is hooked to the
Source, and no enhancements are needed for an angel. You will feel the love of God in the dark and you will not be afraid. Stop writing the manuals and just send the light. Indeed there are new, elegant systems developed in this new energy to help you do this. You are not supposed to throw the systems away since some of them actually help you to push on the door. It's interesting when you look at these new systems, for you will find that many have only been available for the past fifteen years. They are carefully stewarded and given to very high-energy teachers. Look for them. They are here for you, and they feature this very thing within their teaching: cosmic intelligence.

Helping you to find the divinity inside-that is our message. Awakening the true essence of your soul and helping you to see that you are eternal-that is our message. How many of you are going to leave this place just happy to be here? How many of you are going to say, "I would like to change some things in my life. I'm tired of worrying about everything." See? I know who is here. Do you know how many people are in this group who need healing? In a group of almost five hundred, how many are really in search of healing? Don't do anything, dear one. Don't raise your hand, because I already know. There are almost a hundred of you.

There are some who are unbalanced. Maybe that's why you came here. Well, don't look at the stage for balance, because nothing is going to happen up here. Instead, there are angels sitting where you are, and you are one of them. Perhaps it's time to push on the door and plug into that power. Feel the cosmic intelligence push through you right now. How do you know it's there? I will tell you how you will know:

You will feel peace when you should not have a reason to be peaceful. You will walk out of here peaceful. Your problems won't have changed, but suddenly, you are not just happy to be here, instead you are starting to ask, "How did he do that?" And the answer is flowing into your side of the veil-into you. You will feel peace about your life. You will feel assurances about the future, even though you cannot know or see it. Things will begin to change. Are you ready for that? All these years that I have been here to see you, do you realize that I have never changed? I have never, ever changed what I tell you. That is how the duality works. Some hear it, and some don't. Some hear it only when they are in fear, and others are beginning to realize that this information is available to study and act on within normal life. Blessed is the Human who considers this "normal"!

The entourage that is in here is going to remain. When you come back tomorrow morning, the first thing you will feel is that the room is ready for you. We will be ready to again hold your hand when you walk in, and wash your feet while you are here. We love to give you these moments of bliss and joy-not so you can escape, but so that you will know what it's like to sit within your mastery. That is the way you will feel every day of your life until the day you die. Then you come home. That's the system. It's beautiful, you know? Did you come for a healing? Oh, now would be a good time! And there are those in here who will send light to you and pray for you-angels, every one of you. And so it is.

We all know how wonderful it feels to enter a building with good energy. We feel calm, relaxed and happy to be there. We have also experienced the opposite: a place that feels unpleasant to be in, regardless of its decor or design, a place where the energy might be described as cold, heavy or dark. 

Most people respond to the energy of a space on an unconscious level, but as we grow and awaken spiritually we become more sensitive to the differences in energetic vibrations. Places that once felt acceptable may now feel discordant and we no longer feel comfortable within an environment unless it is filled with positive, expansive energy.

It is crucial that we learn to clear the spaces around us of negative energy. Not only for our own well-being but to assist in raising the energy of the planet as it shifts from third dimensional reality into fifth. We can help dismantle the remnants of astral energy that have over-shadowed our planet’s spiritual evolution, and enter the new era with great light.

What do we mean by “negative energy”?

In truth energy is neither positive nor negative, good nor bad. This polarity is an illusion of duality consciousness; all energy comes from Divine Source and all is in Divine Order when energy can flow and change. The problems arise when energy is trapped or becomes stuck in inappropriate dimensions. Stagnant astral energy is of a low vibrational rate and is discordant with energy of a higher vibration. Light workers assist by freeing the heavy accumulated energy and returning it to Source for reprocessing.

What is Space Clearing?

The term Space Clearing refers to the art of cleansing spaces of  energetic debris and then filling them with blessed energy. Space clearing is basically energy housekeeping. Just as we need to regularly clean our houses of dust and grime that accumulates through daily use, so too can we need to cleanse ourselves and environments of unwanted energetic accumulations. These build-up daily, and over time result in layer upon layer of accrued negative energy.

First we remove unwanted vibrations and stagnant energy to create a void, which must itself be filled with positive energy or more heavy energy would take its place. Positive energy is mobile and expansive and attracts energy of a similar vibration (like attracts like), often in the form of helpful people and opportunities, experiences, guides and angels. This is why revitalizing the energy in our home or business has a corresponding effect on our life or work. By changing the energy in our space we create a fresh beginning and can expect an improvement in every aspect of our lives: health, relationships, finances and spiritual well being.

What are Energy Imprints?

An Energy Imprint is an energy pattern that has been left behind in a building, natural site or aura after the event. Everything that happens in a building, all actions and emotions, personal and political events, public and private histories, are recorded in its walls, spaces and furnishings. Recall a situation where you walked into a room where an argument had just taken place. We sometimes describe it by saying; “You could have cut the air with a knife”. The energetic release during the argument was so intense   that the energy left behind was almost physically tangible.

Every argument, trauma or illness leaves a deep energetic imprint. These imprints do not fade unless cleared by intention. Imprints can be found in possessions and clutter, particularly antiques that change ownership many times. An energetic imprint may be left over from the previous inhabitants of a building, from years, centuries or even eons ago. Many energetic imprints have their source in the astral fragments released when a person dies, and appear as “ghosts”.

Just because an environment has good Feng Shui will not guarantee a flow of harmonious chi. As long as there is still old, stagnant energy in a space it cannot sparkle with fresh energy and light.

What are Emotional Residues?

Every living thing, every emotion, event, or action, carries an energy vibration that leaves an imprint in the enteric layers almost like a memory. If the energy has been the result of anger, fear, trauma or depression, the imprint will be of a low vibration and the building will feel heavy, sad, uncomfortable or unpleasant. Feelings, thoughts and words are exchanged between people and emotional residue accrues and some people will be especially vulnerable to its effects. Individuals who have strong emotions, repressed negative feelings or are easily stressed, are like magnets in attracting this negative energy to them. Their magnetic field - already struggling - becomes even more clogged with emotional debris.

When we spend time in a place that has accumulated negative energy our own vibrational rate will be challenged and drained. Over time our moods, health, relationships and work will begin to suffer. We might move into a home where the people before went through a painful divorce and before we realize we begin to pick up this energy and start to have difficulties in our own relationship. If previous occupants had financial problems, illness or stress, these negative energies remain in the space and can in a sense be “passed on”. Patterns get deeply imprinted and can cause many generations of occupants to experience similar problems.

What Do Emotional Imprints Feel Like?

Emotional Imprints are usually felt in the kinesthetic changes in  our bodies as we move from room to room through a building. Though we rarely stop to think about it, we encounter subtle changes of this type between different rooms in practically every house we enter, but only when they are dramatic and overwhelming do we comment. If a room in the house has been used for a long unhappy convalescence there may be residual feelings of melancholy or coldness in the room. Powerful emotional imprints are left behind as the result of death, suicide, cruelty, arguments, deep depression or any other intense emotional outpouring.

In some instances we might locate such an overwhelming atmosphere in a specific item of clothing, jewellery, ornament or furniture. Sometimes these “charged items generate discomfort in a room, or  indeed throughout the whole house, as a direct result of their own held memories of the past. Most certainly, we should cherish our mementos, treasuring them for the happy memories they bring, but sometimes an item can be carrying an equally strong negative unhappy vibration that needs to be cleansed first.

What is a Negative Entity?

An Entity is a non-physical being who is parasitic to its host. Just as our physical body can have intestinal parasites so our subtle bodies (aura, emotional body) and environment can be parasitic by non-physical energies and presences. An entity is actually a fragment of non-physical energy - with some consciousness of its own which drains energy from its human host.

Ghosts are energy fragments of deceased beings that are trapped on the earth plane, usually at a particular  site. This occurrence is commonly known as a haunting. Astral fragments come from the shattering of the consciousness of people during death, especially where the death was sudden or traumatic. This subject of ghosts is an interesting one, but in most cases not to be feared. Some are lost and unaware of their death, while others wish to stay earthbound, etc. There are limitless examples and differences.

What does an Entity Attachment Feel Like?

Entity attachments almost always make their presence known by experiences of dramatic changes in emotions or by strange phenomena. A sudden cold breeze may appear from nowhere, or a particular room feels icy cold and damp. We have all walked into places where we felt unwelcomed and immediately wanted to leave. We might have the sense there is someone watching us. We may glimpse something out of the corner of our eye. Sometimes we avoid a room or corner in our homes because it seems to repel us. Things may go ”bump” in the night.

There might be unexplained odours, or we might actually feel something touch or brush against us. If you experience entity presence, do not feed them with fear. Entities are attracted to fear because human emotional energy is their food. Most children are intuitively sensitive to spirits. A child who is afraid of the dark can attract all manner of negative entities which then increase the child’s fear so they can feed on that emotion.

How Does One Clear an Entity Attachment?

Just as there are a myriad of different manifestations here, there are also many different sources of entity disturbances including discarnate soul fragments, thoughtforms and dark beings. Advanced clairvoyant skills can be employed to determine what entities are present in a house and the best course of action for their release. Healers use a variety of methods based in their own experience, abilities and guidance. This work must be handled with care, integrity and genuine reverence. It is never sufficient to imitate the rituals of another healer or tradition, no matter how impressive they might seem.

I work with spirit guides and helpers, and refuse all communication that originates on the astral plane. In so doing I avoid the heavy energy and misguidance associated with astral entities. It is not necessary to converse with misplaced entities to help them. My guides, their guides, and angelic beings act as intermediaries.

I offer the entity the choice of moving to the Light or returning to the Source, but they cannot by Universal Law remain attached to the person or place they haunt. One must be firm and loving with this direction. Over the years I  have had experience with many entities who are stubborn and initially resist the clearing. They are fearful of leaving what is familiar no matter how dark and unpleasant their current existence. Sometimes they feel guilty for misdeeds in their lifetime and think they will go to hell in the after life. Deceased people who had strict Christian beliefs seem to need a lot of convincing that God is all-loving and all-forgiving, and that there is no punishment after death.

Many entities are merely the previous tenants who do not know they are dead and are frustrated that new people have moved into their home. There is a certain poignancy to their situation. Recently I came upon an elderly woman who knew she was dead but was waiting for people to come and take her to her own funeral. which was forty years earlier! There she was, dressed in her Sunday best, sitting on the side of her bed, waiting for someone to pick her up in a car. When her guides brought her son - also passed over - to collect her, she was very happy to see him and go with him to the Light.

Where earth-bound beings and soul fragments are involved the healer facilitates by raising awareness and the energetic vibration at the site. The entity’s transition itself takes place with love and grace. Often the guides bring a relative or friend already in spirit that the entity can trust to help them make their transition. Each  situation is entirely unique; we must first seek understanding from our guidance and act accordingly. Many times we may be prompted to do things that seem unusual or irrelevant in the rational sense, but bring results.

What are Residual Thoughtforms?

Residual Thoughtforms are the psychic disturbances or imprints that can be created by strong beliefs held by people who once dwelt in a place. Thoughtforms can appear as monster-like entities, legendary creatures, deities, demons or other religious terrors. While they do not actually have souls they do have a life of their own since they were created and fed by the mental energy of groups of people who once worshipped them. When these thoughtforms are no longer supported by ritual worship, they try to feed off the energy of anyone in their vicinity. We can be especially vulnerable to thoughtforms when we open psychically during meditation or prayer, as these are also sacred rituals.

Techniques for Space Clearing

You can learn simple techniques to clear your own space in workshops or directly from your guides. There are also a number of good books on the subject such as Denise Linn’s “Sacred Space”. Space clearing  can be a profound and highly effective ceremony when performed by an experienced practitioner, which is recommended where longstanding imprints and entities are involved.

I use a combination of tools and techniques depending upon the situation I find. The most important steps are:

1. Connection
          To start the ceremony, I tune into my guides and angels. I light candles, meditate and use crystals to anchor a high vibrational connection to the space.
      

2. Energy Sensing
          I walk through the home to sense the various energetic imprints on walls, corners, objects, rooms. The information gathered also provides insight into the emotional well-being of the people who now live there and how they could improve their environment for greater harmony. This might mean moving some furniture or placing objects in different locations.
      

3. Clapping
          I walk through the home while clapping my hands to loosen the energetic imprint. Clapping frees up stuck energy and starts the flow.
      

4. Sacred Smoke and Clearing Sprays
         

I burn sacred sage and fan the smoke through the house, especially in corners, cupboards, under tables, and in places where heavy energy has collected. Sage is a powerful purifier. I also use a clearing spray made from essential oils, crystal and flower essences to dissipate stagnant energy.
      

5. Clearing Entity Attachments
          I follow directions from my guides and angels to release earth-bound entities, elementals and thoughtforms.
      

6. Sacred Sounds
          I walk around the house again with Tibetan temple bells, and drum or use my voice to tone. The sound
reverberates throughout the space. Particles of stagnant energy, astral fragments or perverse energy cannot
withstand these vibrations. All are shattered and the frequency of the energy is increased to a higher vibration similar to that of a ceremonial temple.
       7. Energizing Spray
          I use another spray to fill the space with revitalizing energy. I vary my formula depending on the
situation but it usually includes rose oil and gold essence.
       8. Sealing with Angelic Light and Sacred Symbols
          The energy in the home is now bright and sparkling and can to be reinforced by working with angels to seal the space with color, light and sacred symbols. I work with my client to formulate their intentions, wishes and dreams and this is included in the last part of the ceremony, ensuring the imprint of the home is now one of harmony and love.

          I work with my client and their angels to create a protective seal rather than simply doing it myself
because of various spiritual laws regarding territory and ownership. By the same law, if you share your space with a partner or other people always ask for their permission for a space clearing. They do not need to be present during the ceremony, just feel good about it.

When is a Space Clearing Needed?

    Clear your home at least once a year. Begin by thoroughly dusting, vacuuming and getting rid of things that you no longer need or love. Repair anything broken that you wish to keep. Follow with cleansing techniques using sacred smoke, sound and prayer. A simple cleansing might be done once a month, or even weekly, depending on your spiritual aspirations.

    Other times to do cleansing are:

        * when you want change in your life
        * after sickness or injury in the home
        * after difficult guests or negative experiences
        * if you are feeling tired or drained all the time
        * or after a robbery.

    Space clearing is very beneficial when you move to a new home or if you want to sell your home.

    In European cities with old buildings and layered histories, I find longstanding entity attachments are  frequent, along with powerful emotional imprints. For these situations I recommend seeking the help of an experienced space clearer.

Our Home is a Sanctuary

After space clearing our home feels peaceful, balanced and energized. We experience greater clarity and vitality, and we are better able to manifest what we want in our lives. By removing interfering energies and  enhancing positive energies we can maintain our homes as a sanctuary that radiates light in ever-expanding circles. Our homes can resonate, sing and pulse with energy that can touch the lives of everyone around
us. Our homes truly can become a sacred space.

THE ROOMS IN YOUR HOUSE

Some of the most popular exercises are popular for the reason that they work. After doing your relaxation breathing and your mind is calm, you can start this exercise. It is one that can

be used again and again and it is always full of wonderful surprises. (This exercise can be used to meet guides and answer questions once you have mastered it visually.)

In essence, place yourself looking down a long hallway with many doors on either side of you. Don't worry if your doors are not symetrical or organized. Don't push the exercise. Be patient and let your imagination flow. Truly there are no rules as to how you develop this exercise. It is as unique as you are.

PROJECTING ENERGY PART II

It is time to discuss preparation for the coming changes that are almost upon us. This will be a joyous transformation and evolution for this planet and its inhabitants. Be not alarmed; be prepared.

As I stated in Part I of this article it is essential to learn how to project energy not only for our spiritual development but also for our well being now and in the future. We will use these skills to heal each other, heal ourselves, prepare our bodies for the increased vibration that will be coming to this planet. We will be projecting love in order to heal our environment, clean our food and drinking water, and create light and heat where there is none. Understanding how to manifest energy will help us to receive the guidance necessary not only for survival but for the wisdom to help each other for the great changes that are coming to this earth.

PROJECTING ENERGY PART I

I have been asked to relay this information to you not only for your spiritual development but for your protection as well. Pendulums - An Introduction

Pendulums are very powerful tools. I remember reading for a wonderful healer at a psychic fair in Toronto, Canada. I asked how she had found me. Interestingly enough she had gone around the large hall with pendulum in hand, dowsing for the “right” reader for her purpose. Dowsing has been used to find water among other things for centuries. A wooden branch cut from a tree and shaped into a Y shape was commonly used. It can help you find a lost article and has many practical uses. Pendulums are a lot of fun and a wonderful introduction to spirit.

White Rose Meditation

This meditation is courtesy of the angel day website Meditations. I taped this meditation during our small gathering on angel day and felt it to be so beautiful. I taped the introduction as well and explained that there was to be an introduction and then a meditation. I taped it slowly as all have to have time to visualize and let spirit take its own course. It is truly beautiful.

Healing - Exercise: Heart Centered Meditation

Begin by finding a quiet spot where you will not be disturbed. Take the phone off the hook. Turn off your mobile phone, radio, and television, as well as any unnecessary electrical equipment in the area immediately surrounding where you will be meditating.

Sit or lay down in a comfortable position. This could be on the floor, cross legged with back straight and hands resting on knees, palms facing upward and thumb and first finger held together in the traditional meditation position (you can rest against a wall if you like), or in an arm chair with back straight, feet flat on the ground, and hands resting on thighs with palms flat. If you choose to lay down, this can be either on the ground with feet shoulder width apart, back straight and hands resting gently to the sides, or on a bed in the same position.

Spirit is practical - Healing Colds and Dis-ease

I use spirit in so many ways and is a wonderful and major part of my life. My spirit friends may be talking about the new energy now on this planet and then suddenly change to tell me not to forget to take my coat today as it will be getting colder tonight. How to Pick the Right Crystals for You

Picking a crystal can be a very intuitive and fun event. You may like the feel of it, or the colour, and often times the shape attracts you. Some people even say “it called to me” or “I just had to pick it up.” This is a very good way to choose a crystal. Of course, it is good to look at the crystal chart that most stores have to see the properties of each crystal. Also, it is good to know what you will use the crystal for. Having said that, sometimes I have picked up crystals not knowing their purpose or who they are for but finding great purpose for them later. TAKE YOUR TIME AND HAVE FUN!

Creative Visualization: An Introduction

The Tree
 
This is a very good exercise to do in the morning. It awakens the spirit and grounds one for the whole day. It takes some focus at first but becomes a very quick way of touching spirit as you progress. The order in which you do this will differ with the individual. Place yourself in an area where you have room to spread your arms and feel unobstructed. Imagine yourself in a pasture, woods or park, somewhere outside.  You have to get to the point where you feel like you’re outside and you can feel the wind blowing but it is a very comfortable temperature and you can smell the flowers or grasslands.
