We have only just begun the shift and already there is a force of light upon all of you. It is not just one of you or another, but all of you. There are none among you not receiving this energy. Do you understand this? There is no exclusivity. All are included. God has not forgotten about you, rather, all of you are receiving. This is the way of it.

You ask why can’t I feel it…why can some and not others…what can I do to feel God’s love?

Do you now what God’s love feels like or what it should feel like? Why are some filled with love and some not? We tell you that you are God’s love. What does it feel like…Do you understand?

You are living in a time that has never been. Do not judge yourself harshly for not feeling the way others do. You cannot experience through another. Only from one’s self can you experience. 

What is it to be Godly? We ask because of the extremely high expectations you have for yourself. Are you any kinder or more understanding than before? Have you come to understand the truths of man are relative to each individual? Are there greater truths to come? Yes.

We want you to understand that your assumptions and expectations for yourself and others are based on relative truths, truths as you have been told, truths through scriptures and culture.

Love is inclusive. Love is kindness and compassion, mercy and joy. It is honesty and integrity and helping your neighbor out. These are what you call Godly. To listen, to really listen to what others are saying when they speak to you, this is Godly, and to speak.

Consider this: Are you more like the person you want to be than you were when you first started this journey…are you wiser, more patient, more understanding, more compassionate, and in general, understanding your existence…These changes are Godly.

Are you yearning for peace upon the planet and do you cry for the earth when she is damaged…this is the heart of an angel, for you are quickly becoming an earth angel. You are becoming more divine with every breath you take.

Who is to say that you are healer or light worker or channel? Who is to say who is doing more and who is doing less? You are a mother and father, a provider, a leader in tumultuous times. You are the doctor the nurse, the soldier, the one who sells goods, the grower of foods, and on and on.

Are these roles not Godly? The sacredness of parenthood, the gentle hand upon the shoulder of the needy, those who clean the earth.

Who is to judge your existence? NO ONE.  Who is to say what value you have. There is none among you who are worth more or less. You are all God’s children.

DID YOU HEAR THAT! YOU ARE ALL GOD’S CHILDREN! All are loved, always. There is never a time when god is not with you.  Do you understand?

JUDGE NOT! NOT YOURSELF OR OTHERS BUT ESPECIALLY IN THIS TIME, BE KIND TO YOUR SELF. You have weathered the storm. You have been cleansed on levels, some you are aware of and some not. God does work in mysterious ways and rightly so.

There is no one to tell you the way. You are the way. Only you can unlock the secrets. THERE IS NO OTHER WHO CAN DO THE WORK FOR YOU. DO YOU UNDERSTAND?

Let it not be said that you have wasted your life with folly. Do not relegate your time upon the planet to this level, nor listen to others who judge you. This is a sacred mission to be upon the planet right now. You were chosen for it and you know deep inside that there is a greatness about you: A greatness that is beyond words’ a power that is so great and a love that has no end. You are the hero of the day, and each and every day. This is who you are and we of the realm of the divine declare your virtue and your strength.

We the order of saint Germain, we the Brotherhood, we the Melchizedek, all brothers in arms speak to thee for we are the brother of light and we want you to know just how much we love you. How brave and heroic, yes, heroic you are. We applaud you and if you listen closely you will hear the applause

The Gulf oil spill is the subject of much discussion. There are many perspectives and many pointing fingers. I do not judge this activity or the people involved. The damage done, however, is something I never wished to see upon the planet.

For me there is only one question. What does my heart say? This takes some quiet or meditative time to center within my heart and hear spirit speak. 

1. I honor the pain and loss that all are feeling.
2. I know I can and will do something to help.

As there is no judgment, we can choose any action or no action at all. We can assign any meaning to this event as we choose.

Because of the proliferation of information, and emotions attached to this issue, we can become entangled into inaction. Although you may “feel small”, or think that one cannot change things, this is not your heart that speaks.

Know that you are a divine force upon this planet, and if you ask God, Source, All That Is, for guidance as to your participation, many opportunities will present themselves to you.

It may be that there is nothing for you to do on this specific issue and this is appropriate. It may be a simple prayer or affirmation, or sending of light that calls to thee. It is the planet of free choice and all are blessed. Do as your heart speaks.

It is time to speak

We have come to answer questions that all of you hold dear to your heart. It has been a long time since we have spoken and wish to address issues of mind, heart, and soul.

The work you are doing is crucial. And you are the only one who can do this.

Yes crucial. We speak to you; you who sees this and hears this; this is for you! You were not put on this planet to languish. You were put here to be one, to be complete in every respect. This is not "oh, ho hum, another one message". This is an accurate depiction of who you truly are!

If you were not chosen to be here, then you would not be here, and there is nothing you cannot do. You have chosen this moment in this earth time to be a human in evolution; to feel the full spectrum of your humaness, all the emotions and thoughts that you are. This is the human experience as it sits at this moment.

Is that all? No, of course not. There is much more, for you are chosen. If you are reading this you are chosen; chosen to lead. It is that simple. It has nothing to do with being "special" or "better", just chosen and for good reason. The universe is efficient, and works in ways that produces the most effective results in the shortest "time" period. This is how it works. It is a function of "who you are" in conjunction with the evolution of the planet. Simply

Little Notes #1

Family  

As I continue this journey, there are times when all is well and I am at peace. There are times of joy and grace. There is also more to clear. I have spoken often about family issues, and when said and done, they have to be dealt with. There is no escaping the lessons that will free us. In the end, we must understand, have compassion and forgive our families for any perceived ill. You will know the work is done on any one member of the family, when you can picture that family member and feel only love, positive thoughts and full acceptance.

The family is meant to be a dynamic teacher. The infusion of emotions, and expectations make it difficult to address these issues. In truth, challenges with family are placed before us to grow; and with each loving solution, we make tremendous strides in our evolution. 

Talk to your family members when you are ready. Give them a call and listen carefully to their heart.

Misinformation

I would not be of service if I did not speak out about the misinformation on the Internet.

I am finding much more information, which does not resonate with the loving heart which I am. Many articles appear at first to be from the divine, but between the loving language, are some facts or information, that is not in our highest and greatest good. I read and feel the tone, and the vibration of the words.

When your body goes “gulp”, you know something is up. It may be that the information is new or challenges a belief system. In this case, I will examine the belief system and give the channel the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps it is the language used that sets us off, as we all have different belief systems around words.

A general guideline for discernment can be found on The Kryon home page. It says it all.

I am turning inward again, to look for my guidance, knowing that spirit will bring me what I need to know. I have no doubt in this regard. I am not suggesting not reading or watching videos, as I do this also. I am interested in the ways we are growing, and I too need inspiration in these transformational times. After all, we are here to help each other.

In the end though, it is to God that I ask for guidance, grace, healing and mercy. God has never failed me in my hour of need, and in fact, has blessed me with much, so much. I cannot express how my awakening has changed my life and made it worth living. I am in awe of God’s love and grace.

I pray these little notes that are from my heart will help you.

You Are The Last Pieces Of The Puzzle

My dearest ones: We have come here today to speak of what is to come. We have all cherished this journey and we have asked much of you. You have done well and in fact exceeded what was asked. We commend you. Much has changed, more than anticipated. Many more are coming to the light than anticipated. This surge compensates for the imbalance that permeates this dimension. 

We speak of balance first. Balance has many attributes. It causes one to be more peaceful more considerate of others, less reactive and more positive. Each of you must be in balance. There is only balance when one is “being”.

This is a very simple meditation, but very effective. I use this meditation and find I can use anytime I am waiting in line or any other bits of time when I feel anxious, frustrated, or just want to center myself in my daily life. At night, I find it helps me to sleep. My son, there is great light entering the earth at this time. It is producing the grandest of changes. You and many others will see it. It will manifest in a number of ways. Firstly it become apparent that there are new rules of how to act on behalf of the new earth. Consider how many times we speak truth and how many times we speak less than truth during the course of a single day. . You will find yourself being prompted to speak truth and only truth. Trust Yourself and Trust Spirit

There is going to be a great rejoicing this year. Many who have come to help will find their place, their unique spot. We have told you many times that the earth is changing and it is upon you. We have spoken about the true gifts that the Father has bestowed upon you and now you shall see it.. There comes a time when you must declare yourself to be ready and to do the work for the greater good. This is coming. It requires trust and a knowing that there is a divine hand in all of this.

Fear Not! Use Your Gifts!

Do not be afraid to use your gifts. You have the wisdom or you would not have been given these gifts. Be sensitive and compassionate when using them. But it is important to use them. Come with us on this wondrous journey of discovery and be prepared to speak your truth. You cannot hide your gifts much longer and spirit will present situations in which to use them time and again, so that you know what is true.

These Are Your Gifts.

The gifts are limitless and present themselves in many ways. Do not judge nor compare your gifts to others. You are the one the gifts have been given to and you shall be the one who decides how best to use them. You must dance with spirit and let the spirit that is within you guide you as to its uses.

The Wisdom is Inherent Within The Gifts.

The wisdom is there. It is part and parcel of the gifts presented to you. You may wonder why you have been given these gifts, and again we say this is of little importance. You may wonder until the end of time, but this will impede your progress. Yes, there is awe in it, and responsibility, and accountability, and some of you don’t like that. We understand but also know full well that you have the ability to gather your courage and embark upon a new journey.

Excuses are merely an exercise of the Mind.

There are many “excuses” to not use your divine gifts. You know them well. Why me? Am I “good” enough? Am I wise enough? Am I hearing clearly? Is it coming from the divine? Why does it work better sometimes, than others? I should have done it this way. What did I do wrong? What could I have done better?

We laugh lovingly about the “mind” things that impede using your gifts, but the mind cannot comprehend that which is of spirit, limitless and non-linear. What do you expect the mind to say! Let go of it and hold your head high and step into the honor of it all.

All Service is Healing.

You the healer, heal limitlessly. Let the light course through your veins. Let God course through your veins. Follow what you see within your “eye”. It is powerful and it is for you to use.

You Are Meant to Use God’s Power.

It is time to let go of the “little me”, the “me” who says I cannot do this. You are worthy of using God’s power. There is great honor in this and great humility in it. It is what you are supposed to be doing. Let go of the past, of what you have been told, and enter the world of spirit. There your place is assured. Move ever forward in service, knowledge and truth.

Be Truthful With Yourself and Others

There is one more thing. Be true! Always be true. If it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it. It is better not to speak than to “lie” or misrepresent the truth. Integrity in all actions is being evaluated at this time. Integrity is to be truthful all the times, in every action, in every thought, in every moment. Be truthful with yourself on all issues and acknowledge the feelings of “rightness” and “wrongness”. See beyond this and look deeper into the issues that bother you. You will see they come from feelings. Look at those feelings, accept them, and then let them go. Too much is being carried and must be dropped in order to progress.

Integrity in all things: No lies, no half truths, for it is better not to speak. In many cases, it is better to listen and hear what truths are being spoken. Spirit will present solutions if you will allow it, and you may certainly ask spirit to intervene on your behalf. Never fail to ask.

We Trust Thee!

Your heart is the measure of your worth. It always comes down to love. It is your heart, the love within you that calls upon you to use these gifts at this time. We trust thee! Do you understand? We trust thee! We sent thee to this earth. Yes, You. We are speaking to the ones reading this. It is no accident, nor coincidence. This message is for you. You were sent here, specifically to this earth, to do this work. You are the wayshowers, the “leaders”, the ones who are chosen to speak, heal, see, guide, mentor, and love. You are the ones who usher in the new earth, the new way of being human. Never doubt the wisdom of spirit as it bestows upon you the gifts of Godliness.

Life is a Self-Fulfilling Prophecy. The group has been saying that for a very long time, but in this message they take things to a whole new level with the phrase. Here they told the story of what happens when an idea gets into the collective consciousness. It manifests every time. They said that so many things are starting to manifest as a result of the rapid rise in collective consciousness. They re-mind us that if we are creators then we create the thoughts that reside in our heads. We can create fear or we can create love. The reminded us that we humans are addicted to drama and fear. Yet, we have choice in every moment as to what thoughts stay in our head. The group says wonderful things are going to be happening around 2012. But it is not up to the group as to what we experience. It is up to us, as we will determine our own experience. But when we use our powers collectively, they are amplified exponentially. Now the group is in wonderment at the grand events that we are all pulling together in the year 2012. They say from their perspective "it is pure magic to watch as we create these events."

After 14 years of channeling and seeing from the perspective of the group, I have learned that there is nothing we can not do. But when we do it, we always make ourselves think that someone else did it even thought it was really us all the time. More and more the group shows me about the way things fit together vibrationally and how simple it all really is. Even if we understand that every thought we have creates something, when I look at it from my human perspective it confirms one basic belief system of mine. I believe in Magic!

We Begin - Lately

I have a peacefulness and strength within me that is new. It is more solid. It is a feeling and a way of being.. I am merging with my divine aspects. Little by little, the angel that I am is coming forward. The support of the angelic realm and Source, God, all that is, has been amazing. I have been asking for help from my angels and have been receiving it.

THE SMALL THINGS I DO

Sometimes I wonder too much about the big changes that I have asked for in my life, to the detriment of the little things I do. And of course, it is sometimes the little things we do that are very large indeed. Here are some of the “little” things I do in my daily life. I say an affirmation of protection once in the morning and once at night. I feel the loving energy pour down upon me and throughout my body.

I thank the Lord (universe, all, etc) for another day and in that he/she knows that I mean that I am grateful for the abundance I have.

I thank my spirit guides for all their love and support and they know that I mean for their patience and guidance.

The New Planet Earth – Emotional Times - Part II

We are emotional beings, growing up into planetary adulthood. The changes from child to adult are great, as we all know. Try to remember all the changes in your lives as you have grown. Do you remember all the conflict, anxiety, and emotional pain? This is the same process that is now happening on a universal scale. We are becoming the enlightened, responsible adults of this new earth. What can we do to foster the growth necessary, and yet be centered in these transitional times? Here are very practical suggestions for you to consider.

1. Relax and take a few breaths. Take a bit of the weight you feel and give it to God. Ask God to take the weight from your shoulders. This weight is mostly worry and anxiety anyway, and has no purpose in the new energy. Just relax. Let your body relax. Let your mind relax. Let it all out and give it to God. If you understand the surrender process, then LET GOD! Let God help you.

The New Planet Earth – Emotional Times - Part I

These are emotional times with many ups and downs. Many people are feeling anxious at this time in their lives and there are many valid reasons for this anxiety to be manifesting within us. All things are being called into question. We are examining “where we are in life”. We are looking at our lifestyles, and relationships. We are looking at our self worth, and our contributions to our world. We all had things we were going to do on the old earth, and then return home. However, things have changed dramatically and the experiment that was to end, continues. 

These are Transitional Times!

The past few weeks have been very emotional for me from loneliness and despair to the joys of healing and the cleansing of a house. Many of us are experiencing the new energy but the reality is that all of us are experiencing this energy. If the new energy is here then all of us are experiencing it. It cannot be denied. So what does it do? It increases our vibration rates and changes our bodies mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
 
For my self the change is focusing at a cellular level. It is a deep change. And the change is very fast, faster than I realized.

Having Trouble Meditating:
How about YouTube and other videos available on the internet?

I approach videos like all “spiritual” material. If I like it, I watch it. If I like it, I will continue watching and listening. I don’t have to watch the whole thing. If it doesn’t feel right, I move on to another video suggested or explore other material.

The point is, that there are many useful videos on you tube and other sites. Yes, there is stuff that may not be appropriate to your journey. Trust yourself and spirit to guide you.

What I like about videos is the convenience of opening my laptop at any time, and I can begin to meditate. I know how long it will be, the topic, and can read the reviews, all of which I really don’t do until after listening. I can add wonderful music and meditations to my favorites list. If you are having trouble meditating or fitting it into your life, this may be of help to you. It does get you to meditate more often.

In many meditations and other breathing related exercises, I find it better to put the laptop beside me and close my eyes. I find the audio to be more important than the video itself. Sometimes the video is integrated and both are useful. Some exercises are more for the eyes than the ears and contain geometric shapes, and symbols or are instructional in nature.

As well, videos are a rich source for channeled information, and other related knowledge. Use your intuition, your “gut” to discern the appropriateness of the knowledge. If it is something new, I will go to the home site to research the source. Ask the universe to guide you to the “right” information and trust and allow the universe to work her magic.  

Note: I have listened to these videos and they are useful. I cannot vouch for the appropriateness of the associated people, sites and links. I really don’t have the time to do the research necessary. I leave this for your discernment and intuition.

Choosing Spiritual Enlightenment over Armageddon

Despite the fear this title may cause you, this book is about enlightenment. The channels of Archangel Zadkiel are loving, beautiful, and resonate as being true. I found some of the exercises useful, and the love is always appreciated. There are some interesting ideas about soul mates, which may clarify this issue for you. There are ideas on how to handle unwanted energy and ways to dispose of it. The book is full of practical suggestions. Archangel Zadkiel is new to me but rings true as to its authenticity. 

Communion with God
Author: Neale Donald Walsch

I hesitated to pick up yet another “God” book, but by far this is the best in the series, as it speaks to the heart with great love. It gives practical direction as to how to achieve communion with God. As the channel grows, the love grows. Illusion is dealt with extensively and for those who choose logic as a path of discernment, this is a great book for you. The logic is perfect.

Ask and It is Given
Learning to Manifest Your Desires

Authors: Esther and Jerry Hicks

Again the title hides the beauty of this book. Yes, all you desire can be yours. The question, as always, is what do you truly want from life. There are many practical ideas, such as the magic box, to help you along the way. Manifesting is a wonderful and natural ability. You might as well learn how it works for you, because you are doing it all the time. This book above all else, is a journey, and like all good books, it changes yet another paradigm in your thought processes and perhaps in your heart.

Remote Healing - An Introduction

It is most wonderful to send love and encouragement to loved ones who are in need. It is also most wonderful to send your love to others although not being there physically. You may do this using various colors, sounds, using the elements, or even sending a spirit guide or angel to love and protect them. Light and love in any form is acceptable. Use what comes naturally to you when sending love to others.

The love should be sent knowing that this divine energy has divine intelligence and will work for the highest good of that person. Put expectations on the shelf and focus on the sending of divinity.

1. You should believe (with all your heart) that all the love you send will have an effect on the person selected. You may ask for God's help, the archangels, or any other spiritual entities that are from God and good. Believe and it will be.

THE ROOMS IN YOUR HOUSE

Some of the most popular exercises are popular for the reason that they work. After doing your relaxation breathing and your mind is calm, you can start this exercise. It is one that can

be used again and again and it is always full of wonderful surprises. (This exercise can be used to meet guides and answer questions once you have mastered it visually.)

In essence, place yourself looking down a long hallway with many doors on either side of you. Don't worry if your doors are not symetrical or organized. Don't push the exercise. Be patient and let your imagination flow. Truly there are no rules as to how you develop this exercise. It is as unique as you are.
