THE ROOMS IN YOUR HOUSE

By Martin Kelman

Some of the most popular exercises are popular for the reason that they work. After doing your relaxation breathing and your mind is calm, you can start this exercise. It is one that can

be used again and again and it is always full of wonderful surprises. (This exercise can be used to meet guides and answer questions once you have mastered it visually.)

In essence, place yourself looking down a long hallway with many doors on either side of you. Don't worry if your doors are not symetrical or organized. Don't push the exercise. Be patient and let your imagination flow. Truly there are no rules as to how you develop this exercise. It is as unique as you are.

Some doors represent the abundance of love, abundance of prosperity, your true identity, your greatest fears, your greatest potential, your greatest joys, your healing rooms, your possible futures, pasts and much more. The beauty of this is that what you see is real and can actually be achieved within this lifetime.

Remember this is to be enjoyed. Have fun with it. You may leave any room at any time, without judgement or fear.

The doors represent all that is possible and all that exists. There are no limits!

You will determine how many doors are there. What are behind these doors you wonder?

Basic Steps Again

1. Place yourself in a hallway that has doors on the left and right. If you see a door at the end of the hallway, I suggest you save this doorway for another time.

2. You may see that one doorway is llt up, or that a door will open for you. Sometimes there will be someone who will guide you to a door.

3. If you are not guided  to a doorway, start to walk down the hall and look at some of the doors. Some may have a window to look through while others may symbols or designs on them. There will be a sign as to which door to open first.

4. If there seems to be no sign as to which door to open, intuit which door you would like to open, or you may ask for divine help.

5. Remember to flow with whatever occurs. Remember you are in charge at all times. You may use this exercise as often as you like. The contents may change. Always flow with the changes and enjoy the adventure. There are many rooms in your house and you should go through all of them. You will learn much about yourself, this world, and the nature of this universe.
