THE SMALL THINGS I DO

Sometimes I wonder too much about the big changes that I have asked for in my life, to the detriment of the little things I do. And of course, it is sometimes the little things we do that are very large indeed. Here are some of the “little” things I do in my daily life. I say an affirmation of protection once in the morning and once at night. I feel the loving energy pour down upon me and throughout my body.

I thank the Lord (universe, all, etc) for another day and in that he/she knows that I mean that I am grateful for the abundance I have.

I thank my spirit guides for all their love and support and they know that I mean for their patience and guidance.

As I say my affirmation of protection and the loving energy pours down I feel I must give it to those who need it. Many times I send this vibration of love to Mother Earth, as she needs it so badly. Sometimes I envision the earth and send this loving light that pours through my hands around the entire globe. Sometimes I send it to the troubled areas of our world and many times to the starving children. I have even sent love and light to President Bush and other political leaders…why not?! Does this help?
YES!!  WITH INTENT AND LOVE ALL IS POSSIBLE!

I have learnt to ask for this love. When I ask for this love, it comes. It comes because my intent is one of love for all! AND GRATEFULLY I HAVE LEARNT TO CO-CREATE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OUR LORD OF ALL, (UNIVERSE, ETC.)

I stand in line at the coffee shop and ask for this love to spread to all who are in the shop. I feel my body’s vibration increasing and the vibration spreads. Sometimes, I see it spread as a laser traveling through the bodies of all who are there. Sometimes, the increased vibration just spreads. Of course it must spread! Sometimes I think “why can’t they feel it”BUT THEY DO! And the vibrations intermingle with their vibrations.
I send light and love to the rain. I realize the rain is not clean and want to clean it before it hits the earth. Before I enter my workplace I send love and light to it. And during the course of the day when I become frazzled, I go to a quiet place and ask for, and receive much love. This is for me and it recharges me so that I may help others.

When I walk, I send love to the wise old trees and feel the vibration of the leaves and flowers and it is so glorious and it is naturally returned to mother earth.  I keep my heart open as much as possible at work so the light shines for all to feel. An open heart that shoots out white loving light has a tremendous effect on people.

There is so much to do during a day! I have worked a lot of LITTLE THINGS into the habits of my life. It has developed naturally and I thank the Lord for it.
