PROJECTING ENERGY PART II
By Martin Kelman It is time to discuss preparation for the coming changes that are almost upon us. This will be a joyous transformation and evolution for this planet and its inhabitants. Be not alarmed; be prepared. As I stated in Part I of this article it is essential to learn how to project energy not only for our spiritual development but also for our well being now and in the future. We will use these skills to heal each other, heal ourselves, prepare our bodies for the increased vibration that will be coming to this planet. We will be projecting love in order to heal our environment, clean our food and drinking water, and create light and heat where there is none. Understanding how to manifest energy will help us to receive the guidance necessary not only for survival but for the wisdom to help each other for the great changes that are coming to this earth.
WATER
Let us start with water, as it is the most important element in our lives. It comprises 75 to 80 percent of mother earth and approximately the same percentage within our bodies. It is also very similar to the life force that permeates all dimensions. Water is neither positive nor negative energy. It is neutral, and when infused with love has a powerful effect! The following are several ways I prepare my water before drinking, and of course, this can also be used for all foods. These are methods I have developed naturally and I am sure there are as many variations as there are souls on this earth. Use what comes naturally. Use affirmations, love, vibration and light in any and all combinations.
I place my hands around the glass of water and call upon our Lord’s energy, open my heart as I would in any healing, and ask for the loving vibration to come forth. The vibration will come through my hands and into the water. I close my eyes and know when I see a little tornado of light coming from the glass that it is ready for consumption. At other times, I fill the water with tiny molecules of light until it is full of light. The same may be done with all foods. As in healing sometimes it is more appropriate to draw out impurities within your food. Close your eyes and draw out the impurities. This may take several applications and remember to brush off your hands between each application. When I have a plate of food before me, I may ask my Lord to bless this food, open my heart and let the loving vibrations spread throughout the food. You get to know when the job is done. I know we are striving to eat properly but changing habits takes time and as it is so difficult to know what we are eating, and where it came from, and thus it makes sense to infuse our water and food with love and light.
If you can feel or see your aura or even have a sense of it around you, try to focus on it until you have a good sense of it. Then let it project out as far as you can. If you are having difficulty, ask for help from the divine, your guides, and mother earth, etc. For me I do this in several ways. The opening of the heart source, which is behind the heart, usually projects outward and this seems to activate other meridians of light. Light pierces through the crown chakra from the source the father/mother, straight down the center of my body and embedding itself in mother earth. At other times, light radiates in spikes outward from the body. It is all so unique to the individual but you will find what is comfortable for you. BELIEVE AND IT SHALL BE!
Drawing energy from the divine is a good way to start projecting energy. I open my heart and ask my Lord for his love and he/she always responds with an intense loving vibration. When I am missing this love, I ask for it and humbly receive it. It always amazes me that when I ask for God’s grace, it comes. Every time. God’s love is there and I just ask and it comes. It is amazing. It is magic. Take this love coming from the source and draw it down your body. Feel it. Envision it. It is a state of love and peace and just being. What some call being in the present moment. Sometimes I take my hands and see the earth before me, and move my hands in a circular motion with the intent to spread this love around the entire earth. I do this quite often actually. I use the same method when I want to send distance healing to another, replacing the earth with the person. I take my Lord’s energy and use my vibrating hands to surround the person in question. Sometimes you will notice certain areas that need extra healing or may see an area of concern. It is not always an easy task but remember you are definitely sending love to this person, which in itself is healing. Drawing energy from mother earth is another source of power. Mother earth has great love and will give it to you if you ask for it. Sometimes when I ask for healing for another from mother earth, it may come in the form of the 4 elements. It may come as a strong wind, or fire. The energy and images we see vary greatly, but mother earth may be called upon in all love to help heal yourself and others. Anything from mother earth, including crystals, plants, etc have their uses as well. Know that we are love by this living entity mother earth. Love her and send love to her as often as you can. Let it flow from your body into the earth. It is healing for all of us on the planet. There are many techniques to make us aware of our divine power, understand this power, and manifest this power.
