Dreaming

By Martin Kelman

Dreaming is a very effective way to develop your spiritual self. Using affirmations, you can ask for contact with guides, solutions to problems, contact with other dimensions, etc. Sometimes our lessons are very painful and you would rather learn them in the reality of a dream. As well, some people find it hard to meditate for various reasons, so dreams are an alternative or can be used in conjunction with meditation.. You can put quartz or other crystals around your bed or under your pillow to enhance the process.
Lucid dreaming is a very effective method.

As I use meditation I do not know much about this subject but will provide links for you to follow. Basically you become aware that you are dreaming. You will learn how to direct your dreams and be involved in their development and purpose. It is a wonderful experience to travel wherever you wish, and do amazing feats!
I think the important thing in dreaming is to realize that it is a transcended state of awareness and much easier to access all things spiritual. Of course, there are the psychological aspects and interpretation of dreams, which most people focus on. These should not be disregarded but rather used to develop your higher self.
